We ship to Australia with a very high success rate even for chemical products with a reship guarantee of value of goods if any customs issues arise.
The shipping options offered are:
Orders are discrete prepped with high delivery success rate. There is a queued release process in order to have a lower chance of customs clearance delays, so the overall process will take longer. This option is also only recommended for smaller shipments as larger shipments will likely incur greater customs clearance demands.
Shipments via this method currently have a 100% delivery rate. In most cases they are also delivered quickly (within 1-2 weeks for locations in major Aus cities; Brisbane,Gold Coast, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide etc)
Please note that if your delivery location is remote (either on the very outskirts of major cities or far from the major cities) then there will be an additional out of area delivery surcharge applied by the courier (circa ~£20). This is due to the additional costs the courier will have to deliver to remote regions.
However we won’t be able to advise of the exact amount until this info is obtained by the shipping agents based on the exact address so it is likely to take longer.
Via Auspost shipping is likely to be a several weeks (assuming no customs clearance delays), via Private courier it’s usually within 1-2 weeks for major city locations. (Locations outside major cities may require an out of area surcharge so overall the overall process will be slightly longer in order to ascertain this cost/pay this surcharge and then arrange for a driver to the remote address).
Unless your order value is significantly high, customers have not been charged additional import taxes/costs.

Via Auspost shipping it will depend on the number of orders we have in the system to each area of Australia. There will be a delay before tracking is provided due to queued release and this is to provide the best chance of swift entry through customs.
Via Private courier you’ll get tracking info directly from the courier in a few days (for locations within normal city limits). For remote locations tracking will be provided once the surcharge amount has been advised and paid.
If your order is smaller (1-3 units) in size then the cheaper Auspost option will have a much higher success rate of swift customs clearance. If you don’t mind a longer shipping time then this option is cheaper and has a high success rate (95%+). If your order is larger in size and value then it is highly recommended to use the private courier option as this currently has a 100% success rate, whereas the incidence of delays with larger shipments is much higher with Auspost.
