Postage increases have come into effect since May 2012.
We have absorbed as much of these as possible so that first class tracked shipping is only 0.99p

All packages come in discrete confidential padded envelopes.

We email out the tracking numbers by default each evening for the orders despatched that day.

Although our despatch cut off point is officially 13:00, we can sometimes accomodate later orders – if you have an urgent requirement to place an order after this time but before 15.00 please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Non UK Orders

Note that we are not responsible for any taxes, fees or import duties assessed by your country for the importation of your package. These are fees charged by your government on your purchase. To the best of our knowledge, Canada, Australia, Norway, France, Austria and Sweden generally do not assess a fee, but they can and may. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the customs and import laws of your country.

We have successfully shipped multiple orders to mainland Europe. To place an international order, just select your country at checkout and enter your address.
