If our products aren’t the most effective chemicals for your laboratory, if you’re dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, simply return it for a prompt and courteous refund of your purchase price (minus a restock charge if applicable). Return any unused/unopened item along with the return number we provide and we will refund the total cost of your order.

Damaged items refund requests must be notified within 72 hours of receipt and we will require full photographic evidence of both the packaging and contents in order to proceed with a damage claim.

Policy applies to all orders across the globe. To prevent abuse, orders placed by competitors, employees, family, associates or affiliates of competitors are not covered under this guarantee.

Products are intended only for in vitro research and analytical use. They are not intended for any other use. They should be used only by knowledgeable individuals or those under their direct supervision. Typical uses include but are not limited to agonist interactions, receptor assays and GC/MS reference.
