If our products aren’t the most effective chemicals for your laboratory, if you’re dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, simply return it for a prompt and courteous 100% refund of your full purchase price. Return your unused/unopened item along with the return number we provide and we will refund the total cost of your order.

Damaged items refund requests must be notified within 30 days.

Policy applies to mainland UK orders only. To prevent abuse, orders placed by competitors, employees, family, associates or affiliates of competitors are not covered under this guarantee.

*The 100% guarantee does not apply to distributor or reseller volume purchases.

Postage increases have come into effect since May 2012.
We have absorbed as much of these as possible so that first class tracked shipping is only 0.99p

All packages come in discrete confidential padded envelopes..

Note that we are not responsible for any taxes, fees or import duties assessed by your country for the importation of your package. These are fees charged by your government on your purchase. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the customs and import laws of your country.

We have successfully shipped multiple orders to all mainland European destinations with a 100% success rate. We have also shipped items to New Zeland, Australia and the United States. To place an international order, just select your country at checkout and enter your address.
