Credit/Debit card orders can be placed securely online.
Bank Transfer orders can also be placed online for standard orders. Wholesale/Bulk orders please contact us to arrange payment.
Cash on Collection to our London location is also available as a purchase option but this needs to be arranged on a per case basis as inventory is held elsewhere.

We are aware that certain organisations may have purchasing procedures which need to be followed. Therefore as you step through the ordering process, please make sure that your order contains the following details:

2. Delivery Address
3. Invoice Address
4. VAT exemption certificate if applicable.
Shipping
Current standard carriage charges for standard orders:
1. UK Tracked 1st class from £3.99 (other options available)
2. EU Tracked from £10.99 +
3. Worldwide Tracked from £9.99
Customers wishing to ship under their own account with select couriers will be charged a flat £15.00 handling fee.

We offer a 14 day guarantee for all unused/unopened chemicals. However returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Damaged items or refund requests must be notified within 72 hours of receipt.
Prices
Prices are subject to changes without notice. There is no minimum order charge.
Our stock policy
We import regularly from our manufacturers, so that we can deliver standard items from stock. In stock items are despatched within 24 – 36 hours of receiving your order. Some antibody products of mainly specialist interest are imported weekly against customer orders. Thus, while we do not hold these products in stock, we offer you 7 – 10 day delivery on such items.
