Receptor Chem Research and Technologies has a Worldwide Distributor Network and is committed to fulfilling your order quickly and accurately.

Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling net, inclusive of taxes and packed ex-works. Overseas orders are priced ex-works. At Receptor Chem Research and Technologies we do our utmost to ensure our prices stay current but reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Written price quotations, when requested, are valid for 30 days. We encourage our customers to explore our website at www.receptorchem.co,uk

Orders, in principle, are shipped on the day received. If you have any special requirements, or you require written confirmation of your order, delivery at a special address or a consolidated delivery, please mention this clearly on your order. Any special packaging or special freight methods requested, or otherwise, will be subject to an additional charge, which will be added to the invoice.

Please contact our office before sending goods back to us. Receptor Chem Research and Technologies will not accept returned goods without the prior authorisation of our sales department. Please request a ‘returned goods form’, which should be attached to the goods.

If you have placed an incorrect order or want to return products, we will require a ‘returned goods fee’ of up 10-25% of the net value of the goods, with a minimum value of £15.00. Transport costs are also at your expense in this case. Under no circumstances should chemicals be posted without due care. We will not accept the return of products that exceed 14 days post order placement. Any issues regarding the quality, validity or condition of products supplied must be reported within within 72 hours of receipt of your email to orders@receptorchem.co.uk with evidence if applicable (such as damaged/defective product images).
Any issues regarding shipping such as a disputed delivery must also be reported within within 72 hours of a successful delivery status on the tracking information via email at orders@receptorchem.co.uk

Customer rejection or refusal of delivery or non collection of an order from a specified collection point may be subject to additional courier return and handling costs and these will be subtracted from total refund applied to the order when the order is returned and received back. Receptor Chem accepts no liability for any such courier handling and return costs and these will be incurred in whole by the customer as a result of the failure to take delivery (evidence of any courier return and handling costs will be provided prior to the subtraction of these fees from any refund).
Receptor Chem has no liability on courier return timeframes in the case of refusal or failure to take delivery as these will be subject to individual courier terms and holding periods.

Receptor Chem Research and Technologies considers that its customers are suitably qualified to work with chemicals and associated reagents. Working with chemicals requires a responsible attitude from the user as well as from the purchaser. Receptor Chem Research and Technologies cannot take responsibility for the application of our products. If you require specific product or safety information, please contact our sales office.

All references to literature data, companies, researchers, patents or methods are given solely as information and as such Receptor Chem Research and Technologies cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or otherwise of this information.

Receptor Chem Research and Technologies considers that its customers will check their compliance with all legal obligations regarding the purchasing, importing, stocking and usage of all products including chemicals they order. Receptor Chem do not accept responsibility for these issues.

For certain chemicals we may ask the buyer to provide written confirmation that the chemical will neither be purchased nor resold for an improper use.

By using the website, products and services offered by receptorchem.co.uk (“the company”), or when communicating with the company in order to enquire or discuss ordering, you are agreeing to these terms in their entirety. The company reserves the right to alter these terms from time to time without prior notice.

All products are sold for research purposes only. They are strictly not for any form of in-vivo research or experimentation.

You agree that you will not hold the company liable for any harm resulting from improper use of any products sold. It is your responsibility to check that the contents of your order are legal to import, possess, and use for your intended purpose in your country or region. The company accepts no responsibility for any orders, or action taken in relation to the purchase or importation thereof. Any products sold by the company are not intended for purchase, possession or use by any persons under the age of 18, by placing an order and accepting our terms & conditions you declare that you are not under this age-limit, nor are you ordering on behalf of, or for supply to any persons who are. By ordering, you are confirming that that you are a bonafide research institute, a research scientist, or a student of chemistry. All materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only, primarily receptor agonsit testing and GC/MS reference, in well-equipped facilities, with all necessary safety equipment and procedures in place.

You also agree that you will undertake a risk assessment of the compounds and the way in which they are intended to be utilised, and will not proceed with, or allow, any actions to be taken which could cause damage or increased risk or harm of any kind to any persons or property. You agree that you will implement strict procedures covering both handling and use of the substances within your organisation or facility, in order to prevent any improper usage or harm. You will acquire all necessary safety information prior to ordering, and label all materials as required.

The company reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is suspected of misuse of their products, with a cancellation and refund being given in this event if an order has been paid for but not shipped. Users will be banned from the site in this case.

Patent disclaimer – All products are offered subject to patent restrictions in your territory. The Company does not warrant that the use or sale of the products delivered under will not infringe the claims of any European or other patent(s) covering the product itself or the use thereof in combination with other products or in the operation of any process.

The company accepts no responsibility for any packages once they have entered the postal system. The exception to this is when an order is made by a tracked shipping method such as Tracked/Recorded delivery and Special delivery – orders posted with the aforementioned services will be replaced and reposted free of charge in the event that they go missing, on confirmation by the Post Office/Royal Mail/3rd Party Courier.
Order rejections/refusals may be subject to any additional courier return/holding costs and will be refunded upon receipt of original goods as indicted by courier tracking information.
Orders seized by customs will not be refunded after they are sent – it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have lawful authority and any licenses required to import and possess the products they are purchasing into their country, and to deal with their customs agents if an improper seizure is performed.

By accessing this website or engaging with the Company in communication, you agree to accept that these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You also accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any dispute that may arise in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website or arising in any way from the Content.

If any terms of part of these terms are deemed unenforceable by a court of law, you confirm your acceptance completely that the remaining terms or parts of terms will remain valid and in force.

Receptor Chem takes pride of its online efforts and commitment in maintaining the highest possible standards of its product and services, greatly recognizes and all-out supports the customers as well as the users for their rights over the Site.

The Site intends to provide customers with an easy and convenient solution for online shopping. In contrary, www.researchsarms.co.uk promises no claims of medical or health advices. Consultation to a physician before engaging in any diet or exercise regime is highly recommended.
The material contents within the Site are intentionally designed for residents of the UK and USA. For this reason, all actions shall be subject to interpretation and evaluation in accordance to the US law.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
The Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between Receptor Chem and its clients, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, product, or services provided by or through the Site, and subject to these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of such terms is evidenced by using, visiting, or browsing the Site, without limitation or qualification.

Changes to the Terms of Use
Receptor Chem owns the right for changes, modifications, alterations or deletions of any content of these terms at any given time. Due to timely updates, clients are expected to occasionally visit this page to identify revisions to which they are bound. The current Terms and Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on its link at the bottom pages. Use of the Site before and after changes made, signifies acceptance, agreement and assent of the Terms of Use and are therefore bound to the existing rules.

Refund Policy
The products provided by Receptor Chem offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. The clients can communicate via email at orders@receptorchem.co.uk the intent for refund which must be done within 14 days from the original date of order to qualify for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not included and there will also be a small restock charge. Returns of cross boarder shipments may be subject to import fees which will be subtracted from the total refunded sum.
Upon receipt of the returned equipment, Receptor Chem has the option of cancellation of the credit card authorization or issuance of refund in case the funds have been collected. Receptor Chem has sole discretion over the one-time refund per household policy determined through customer order data and IP address. Furthermore, Receptor Chem possesses the right to refuse a refund to anyone with suspicious intent of taking advantage of Receptor Chem satisfaction guarantee on more than one attempt.
Receptor Chem carries full and complete liability on giving refund to its clients in accordance to the terms and restrictions set forth herein. An initial 14-day period is given to the client within which determination shall be made known whether the client decides to keep the product. Failure of notifying Receptor Chem during the trial/refund period shall be taken as a full, complete and final acceptance of the terms of the sale of its product. Returned products must be in original unused and unsealed condition where applicable.
Direct order cancellations must be received via email to orders@receptorchem.co.uk within 60 minutes after completing your order. After order placement, funds are not debited until the order is dispatched so although money won’t be taken, it may still take up to 10 working days for bank or card issuers to make funds available again after the order is cancelled.
After the 60 minute time period has elapsed orders are sent for dispatch and payment is taken, therefore orders must be returned as per our refund policy above.
Order rejections may be subject to additional courier return/handling costs and these will be subtracted from the total refund on receipt of original goods.

Warranty and Guarantee
The product of Receptor Chem is sold at its present condition excluding any warranty or guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied. No warranty is involved as to merchantability or fitness for any specific purpose. The refund period described herein takes the absence of warranty period. Any conflict between sales or promotional materials and the ‘as is’ warranty shall be settled by the former’s dominance. The refund period is always longer than the warranty period should there be any.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Receptor Chem disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or other violations of rights with the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. No liability or responsibility is assumed for any errors or omissions of the contents in the Site; any corrected defects; any failures, delays, malfunctions, or interruptions in the delivery of the any content on the Site; any losses or damages; or any conduct by users of the site, either online or offline. Receptor Chem does not warrant or represent the use or results of the use of the product or materials on the Site in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. The users/clients shall assume the entire cost of servicing, repair or correction.

Specific Disclaimers
All claims made by Receptor Chem, its clients or potential clients are understood and considered true to those who made the claims. If a purchase is made due to the claims of promotional materials, probability of not incurring the same results stated in the material is expected. The refund (subject to Receptor Chem’s refund policy) shall be claimed by the person who did not find the results effective.
Should there be any conflict between Receptor Chem’ Disclaimer and Claims caused by its sales and promotional materials, the Terms of Use and Purchase Agreement prevail except and unless Receptor Chem resolved to deliberate misleading of the clients resulting to material inequity. The purchasing client bears the sole responsibility to substantiate any suspected intentional deception committed by Receptor Chem which in specified ways has influenced the client to purchase the product on one or more occasions. The client shall make reimbursements to Receptor Chem of all court costs including but not limited to attorney’s fees, investigation costs and other litigation-related costs provided that the latter prevails in the case.
The product is subject for trial by the client within and until the refund period only. Dissatisfaction before the refund period expiration permits the client to request a refund from Receptor Chem subject to the rules and other relevant terms and conditions. The maximum amount of liability of Receptor Chem is the product’s purchase price regardless of the amount of damages claimed.
Rights for Discontinue of Sales or Customer Service
Receptor Chem contains the sole and absolute right to continue and/or discontinue the sale of its product at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and subject only to the return policy stated herein. The same applies if the Site decides to discontinue its customer service to current or potential purchasers.

Intellectual Property
The Intellectual Property, also known as the exclusive property of Receptor Chem, includes but is not limited to, articles, other text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, product names, designs, logos, trademarks and the collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States, as well as international conventions and the laws of other countries

Additionally, approval in writing shall be sought before use of its name or any Receptor Chem logo and Trademarks as a “hot” link to any non-Receptor Chem Site.
Use of the Site provides you with no waiver and ownership rights to any Intellectual Property viewed through the Site. Receptor Chem shall aggressively enforce its maximum property rights of the law.

User Submissions
Receptor Chem or any of its affiliates possesses the freedom to use, without limitation, any comments, information, suggestions, messages, ideas, concepts, reviews, or techniques taken from any communication sent by its users/clients without any compensation, acknowledgement, or payment. The information may be used for manufacturing, developing, marketing, and selling products and services, and creating, modifying or improving the Site or other web sites. Any information posted on the Site, grants Receptor Chem with nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, use, reproduce, or modify such information.
Limited Right to Use

Limitation of Liability
Receptor Chem, its officers, managers, members, employees, attorneys or agents shall be liable (jointly or severally) under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
