Following a very nebulous start in January 2021, we have now gathered data on shipping to most EU countries post Brexit and now know the optimal transit route / courier to use for each individual country.
With the FTA in place, orders will also be delivered in almost all cases with no additional taxes or duties and we will handle all customs requirements, so EU orders can effectively be placed as normal.
(Due to the above, we can’t dispatch on the same day for most EU orders, but will still aim to dispatch within 24-72 hours. However we still may have to limit total shipments sent to each country per day in order to ensure ease of transit though customs).
There may also be a delay in order status/tracking info updates as we are now working with over 20 different couriers (all with their own individual tracking platforms).
We do recommend EU customers to continue to place smaller orders for the time being for ease of customs entry. So if you are planning to place a large order, it would be prudent to split into two separate orders).
